Thursday, October 20th, 2005Located on the outskirts of Louisiana, Reproductive Resources provides a full range of semen banking and testing services. The company specializes in recruiting candidates and processing samples for its anonymous sperm donor program.
Men recruited for the program are typically recruited from local colleges and universities or are referred to Reproductive Resources by current donors. While applying to be a sperm donor, potential donors will be asked to provide a great deal of personal information—medical history, hobbies, education, sexual partners, etc. Sperm donor candidates will also be required to supply biological samples. Semen samples will be analyzed for resilience, mobility and sperm count while blood and urine samples will be screened for controlled substances, sexually transmitted diseases and genetic defects. A comprehensive physical will also be administered.
Donor candidates must pass each test satisfactorily to be considered for the anonymous sperm donor program. If a candidate fails any portion, the qualifying process will cease and you will be rejected from the program.
Once accepted as a sperm donor, men will be expected to make regular sperm deposits. Reproductive Resources donors are paid a total of $50 for donating sperm. Twenty-five dollars is paid when the sperm sample is provided and the remaining $25 is paid once the donor’s sperm has cleared quarantine.
