Sperm Bank delivers to Australia

I was just wondering if you know of any sperm banks that would ship/deliver sperm to australia. There are no sperm banks open in australia anymore and I would really like to find a sperm bank that does deliver sperm to australia.

  1. There are many clinics that have donor sperm available in Australia. Different states have different laws but they all operate under Federal guidelines. Some states in Australia accept sperm from overseas – the vast majority of it from the US. You’d need a medical practitioner to be involved in the delivery try Xytex, Fairfax or California Cyrobank for a start. I’d think all of them have experience shipping to Australia.

  2. We are currently living in Western Australia, where the sperm banks (i.e. fertility clinics) require identifying information for the donor. We are on a waiting list to receive a donor, but this can take months and donor choice is limited to 2 – 3 donors. We have been trying to find a sperm bank in the US that could ship to us, but so far no sperm banks will provide the required identifying information. California Cryobank can ship to the following:

    NSW
    South Australia
    Australian Capital Territory
    Tasmania

We would appreciate any information on sperm banks that are able to ship to Western Australia or available donors.
