The donor must between 18 and 37 years of age with 5′11” in height and already graduated or currently attending a 4 year college. They accept all ethnic backgrounds and offer cash bonuses for accepted referrals. There will be a phone interview whether you will be accepted or not. If you are accepted, you are requested to visit and fill up the complete questionnaires and asked about your family history. The questionnaire will be reviewed by the Laboratory’s Manager and Medical Director and the appointments will be arrange between Tuesday and Thursday. By two days apart semen donations will be test for the sperm count, motility and morphology of fresh samples and also the survival of the sperm in the post freeze. The medical director will be test the physical exam if the results of two samples are accepted. If it turns good, blood and semen samples will be required to perform a test which be available in about 7 to 10 days.
The donor should remain for a minimum of one year and report to the laboratory three times a week initially, then twice a week for the periodic blood testing and return for the final blood testing exactly after 6months after stop being a donor. Being a donor, you will not your waste your time or effort because you will paid minimum of $400.00 and you will remain anonymous to the recipients of your frozen semen. Virginia IVF and Andrology Center is located at Richmond, Virginia with a highly qualified staffed. CryoChoice is an FDA registered sperm bank which has process and stored thousands of samples for clinical use. There laboratory has been function for almost 18 years and collaborated with over 250 physicians clinic, logging over 800 successful insemination. They are the first company to offer a cost effective home kit for privately banking semen. And they created a unique system using a preservative that allows the sample to be collected at home, then transported and processed to the laboratory. Four Step of Process:

2. Collection and Transportation: The kit will be arrived via FedEx and contain with all complete instructions about the complete and ship your donation back to the lab. Refrain from ejaculating for three days prior but not more than 10 days for more production of sample. After the ejaculate in to the specimen cup, it will be add the preservative to it and gently swirl the mixture. And complete the enclosed I.D. label, adhere it to the specimen cup and place it into the CryoChoice box for the shipment. Then call the FedEx to pick-up or drop the package off at any FedEx drop box. Final you will get a status call within 72 hours of receiving your sample.
3. Processing: Upon the arrival, the laboratory will test the sperm count, motility test, Morphology tests. Once the test is successful for the specimen storage, the technician will deplete the shipping preservative and add a cryo-protectant.
4. Storage and Retrieval: Storage of the specimen is filled with liquid nitrogen on the stainless tank with an average of -320F or -190C. If you wish to retrieve the samples, you can contact the CryoChoice and then they will sen you a withdrawal form.
